Moving between branches
A transfer is free and takes one phone call. Your fee does not change, your place is held at the new branch from the following week, and the session notes move with your child so the new tutor starts where the old one stopped. If the group you want is full at the new branch, we hold your old place until a seat opens.
Come and sit in on a session
The trial session is free, lasts ninety minutes and commits you to nothing. Call your branch, or send a short message and we will call you back.
