Seven branches in the Ruhr
Seven branches across the Ruhr. One method.
Groups of five, the same lesson plan in every branch, and a free transfer if you move house or change schools. Choose your branch at the top of the page — the timetable, the team and the phone number follow you around the site.

The method
Five to a table, ninety minutes, one plan
Every branch teaches the same way. A group is five students at most, grouped by year and by the thing they are actually stuck on rather than by school. Ninety minutes: twenty on the last homework, fifty on new work, twenty on next week's. The tutor writes two lines about each student afterwards — that is what ends up in your dashboard.

A free trial session
Ninety minutes in a real group, not an interview. Nobody signs anything on the day.
A written starting point
After the trial we send a one-page note: what went well, where the gap seems to start, which group we would put your child in and why.
A fixed weekly slot
The same room, the same tutor, the same two afternoons. Consistency does more of the work than intensity.
A review every eight weeks
Fifteen minutes with the branch lead. If it is not working we change the group, the tutor or the subject — or we tell you to stop.
What we will and will not promise
What we do
- Teach in groups of five at most, with the same tutor each week.
- Tell you in writing what was covered and what was set.
- Move your child to another branch free of charge, keeping the same fee.
- Say so plainly when we think tutoring is not the right answer.
What we do not do
- Guarantee a grade. Nobody honestly can, and a contract that says otherwise is not worth signing.
- Ask you to buy a package of lessons up front.
- Charge a registration fee, a materials fee or an exam fee.
- Report on your child's behaviour to their school.
Parent dashboard
A short, plain record of the lesson — nothing more
Parents and guardians get a login. It shows what happened in the session and what was set for next week. It is a teaching record, not a monitoring tool: there is no location, no camera, no behaviour score and no live feed. Your child can read every word of it, and we encourage that.
What it shows
- Attendance: present, absent, or cancelled in time.
- The topic covered in the session, in one line.
- Homework set, and whether last week's was brought.
- The date, time and tutor of the next session.
- The branch lead's note from the eight-week review.
What it never shows
- Location, device data or anything from outside the session.
- Photographs or video of your child.
- A behaviour, effort or personality score.
- Anything shared with your child's school without your written consent.

Subjects
Ten subjects, not all at every branch
Mathematics, German and English run everywhere. The sciences, languages and computer science depend on who teaches at your branch — which is exactly what the branch picker is for.

From parents
What parents tell us
The written note after each session is the thing that changed it for us. I stopped having to ask him what he did, because I already knew, so we could just talk about it.
We moved from Duisburg to Dortmund in February. The transfer took one phone call, the fee stayed the same, and they sent the new tutor the notes from the old one.
They told us after six weeks that the problem was not maths, it was that she could not read the questions fast enough. They moved her into German. I did not expect that kind of honesty from a chain.
Reviews are collected on paper at the eight-week review and published with the parent's written permission. First name and initial only, at their request.
Questions
The things parents ask on the phone
- Do you guarantee that marks will improve?
- No. We will not put a grade promise in a contract, because whether a mark moves depends on the school, the teacher, the exam and your child, not only on us. What we do guarantee is a group of five at most, the same tutor each week, a written record of every session, and a free trial before you decide anything.
- How big is a group, really?
- Five is the hard cap, set per room and per tutor, not averaged across the week. The timetable on the Subjects page shows the free seats in each group at your branch, and a group with zero free seats will not take a sixth student.
- What does a branch transfer cost?
- Nothing. If you move house, change schools, or simply find another branch easier to reach, tell the branch lead and we move the place. The fee is the same at all seven branches, the notes go with your child, and there is no new registration.
- What is the notice period?
- One month to the end of a calendar month. There is no minimum term and no lesson package to buy up front. Holiday courses are booked individually and are not part of the monthly agreement.
- Who signs up — the parent or the child?
- A parent or legal guardian. Everyone we teach under 16 is enrolled by an adult who signs the agreement and gives consent for us to hold the child's data. We never invite a child to fill in the enrolment form themselves.
- Are lessons online?
- No. Every session happens in a room at one of the seven branches. If your child is ill we do not run a video substitute — we credit the session and reschedule it within four weeks.
Come and sit in on a session
The trial session is free, lasts ninety minutes and commits you to nothing. Call your branch, or send a short message and we will call you back.
